Steffen was employed for many years at the White Rock Mineral Spring co. until he became ill about 10 years ago.
Stefen was a member of the Salem Evangelical United Bretheren church. He is survived by three children, a son Harold at home, two daughters, Mrs. Frances Hawtin and Mrs. Betty Walrabenstein, both of Waukesha, and five grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Pilgrim's Rest cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2pm tomorrow. Arthur D. Gaspar is the funeral director in charge.
