Adam was born May 22, 1990 in Monroe.
The son of Robert V. and Sherry Farris, Adam attended Monroe Public Schools and the Orchard East School.
Adam was a dedicated employee at Wal-Mart and prior to that he was employed by Dave's Complete Lawn Care.
Adam enjoyed watching wrestling, playing video games, but most of all he enjoyed caring for and playing with his beautiful little daughter Lily Rayne Taylor.
In addition to his daughter Lily and his parents Robert and Sherry, Adam is survived by his fiancé DeEdra Collins whom he made his home with, 1 brother Jeffery A. Taylor of Toledo, OH, 2 sisters; Tara F. Farris and Shelly Ann Farris both of Monroe, 2 nieces; Taylor and Madyson Farris and 3 nephews; Javian Williams, Mikal and Keegan Farris.
Sadly Adam was preceded in death by his birth parents; Jeffery A. Taylor and Peggy Gottshalk, and his grandmother Loreida Goss.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3-8 PM in the Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., in Monroe, where funeral services celebrating his life will be held on Friday, April 24, 2009 at 11:00 AM. The Rev. Roy Southerland, pastor of Monroe Missionary Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will follow at Historic Woodland Cemetery in Monroe.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to his family.
