William Penn Webster II, 78, an O'Sullivan resident, rural Moses Lake, passed away Sat. Feb. 4, 1989 at Samaritan Hospital. Private family committal services will be held at Pioneer Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel of Memories. Mr. Webster was born May 16, 1910 in Seattle, WA, son of the late William Penn Webster I and Jessie Clark Webster. He was raised and educated in Seattle.

On Oct. 19, 1935 he married Viola Mae Jenkins, of Kinsley, KS, in Sunnyside, WA. They were later divorced. They had four children of their marriage. Two sons, two daughters.

In 1945 he moved to the Tri-City area, working as a pipefitter for many years. He later married Bernice K. "Speedy" Tremmel on Oct 14, 1966 in Coeur d'Alene, ID. They continued to make their home in the Tri-City area until his retirement in 1976 . They then moved to O'Sullivan, near Moses Lake where they lived until his death.

He was an avid fisherman. He was a 40 year member of Local #598 Plumbers and Steamfitters Union in Pasco, WA.

He is survived by his wife, Bernice K "Speedy" Webster, two sons and one daughter, one brother, George Webster, Bothell, WA., one sister, Jessie Pollard, Port Townsend, WA., seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by one daughter, Janet Webster Dickinson and three grandchildren, Angel Webster, Kenneth Dickinson and Brenda Kay Hammer
