Ms. Betty Lou (Brown)Mckee of Stevenson, Alabama; formerly of Mansfield(Sebastian County), Arkansas, died on Mother's Day, 2006. Betty was the daughter of the late Grover C. and Hazel B. Brown of Mansfield, Arkansas. She attended Mansfield Public School, in Mansfield, Arkansas and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star (Lewis Chapter #198 Mansfield). Ms. McKee was a member of the United Methodist Church in Stevenson, Alabama; and a former member of Mansfield First United Methodist Church, in Mansfield, Arkansas.
Ms. McKee was preceded in death by her husband: Claud McKee; her parents; and a brother: John W. Brown.
She is survived by a son: Jimmy W. Mckee and his wife: Ceclia, of Stevenson, Alabama; three grandchildren: Clay Mckee, Michael McKee, and Jennifer McKee; two step-grandsons; nephews Dr. and Mrs. Mikel R. Brown, Monty McKee, one niece, Debby Musgrove and husband Bobby, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Betty is buried along her husband in Stevenson City Cementery in Stevenson, Alabama.
