MRS. ELIZABETH SEMORE'S SERVICES HELD

Funeral services were held at 10:30am Monday in Hersman Chapel for Mrs. Missouri Elizabeth Semore, 88, who died Friday, September 26 1969, in the Wagoner Community Hospital.

Born March 12, 1881 in Benton County, Missouri, she came to Webbers Falls, Oklahoma (Indian Territory) in 1883 and then moved to Wagoner in 1925.

Pastor Wayne Naugher and Pastor Orville Childers conducted the services, which was followed by burial in Elmwood Cemetery, under the direction of the Hersman Funeral Home in Wagoner.

Survivors include two sons, Jack Semore of Wagoner, Oklahoma and George Semore of St. Louis, Missouri; three daughters, Mamie Flowers, Orella Semore, and Vera Overall, all of Wagoner; two sisters, Della Meeks of Okay, Oklahoma and Mary Tanner of McAlister, Oklahoma; 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Arch Lancaster, Ed Wright, Roy Phillips, John Sleeper, Earl Youree, Dr. Mack Wilson, Evert Stacy, Jr., James Dorr, Jack Smalley and Bob Turner.
