Real name is Harry, we all called him Uncle Ray, never Harry, Raymond was his middle name.

Uncle Ray would give all his great nieces and nephews (McGady children) half dollars coins. Uncle Ray never married. Mother said; Uncle Ray loved his drink more, he smelled of Whiskey but was a good man

Uncle Ray would come to Philadelphia to visit his sister, Ella Raudenbush(Donahue) and other Donahue's family. Ray would have all his money on him that he saved for the year working in the coal mines then give it to his sister, Ella. Ella know Ray would be broke by the time he went back to Ashland, Schuylkill Co., and he's sister, Ella would give it all back

Mom did tell me a story about Uncle Ray living here in Philly and his sisters, Ella and Alice White would bring him sandwich's and when he left Philly Uncle Ray's room smelled so bad, here he hid the food in the drawer
