Anna Marie Drew, 90, of Marceline, formerly of Keytesville, died Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Pioneer Skilled Nursing Center in Marceline.
She was born at Keytesville, Mo. on November 1, 1918 to Jessie and Nancy Belle Coy Littleton. She married William David Drew on March 8, 1937 and he preceded her in death on October 10, 1985.
Mrs. Drew was a homemaker and had worked at Biltwell Clothing Factory in Salisbury. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Marceline and a Marceline resident the past 24 years.
She is survived by her son, Richard Drew and wife Jane of Huntsville; son-in-law Keith Floray of Marceline; brother Billy Littleton of Columbia; three sisters, Mildred Bentley of Keytesville, Dorothy Thompson of Fayette and Jean Evelyn Thompson of Kansas City; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Phyllis Floray in April 2007, eight sisters and three brothers.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 11, 2009, at New Hope Baptist Church in Marceline with Rev. Charles Shumway officiating under direction of Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline. Burial was in Asbury Cemetery, Southeast of Keytesville.
