Peter M. Lemanski, 90, retired farmer of Minden township Sanilac County, died Friday in Stevens Nursing home, Cass City, where he was a patient a week. Mr. Lemanski was removed July 30 to the home from Hubbard Memorial Hospital, Bad Axe. Born December 1, 1874 in Paris township, Mr. Lemanski was a lifelong resident of the Thumb. He and Miss Susan Sofka were married January 17, 1899 St. Mary's Catholic Church, Parisville. They farmed in Minden township until 1959 when they retired and moved to Ubly. Mrs. Lemanski died June 27, 1961.

Mr. Lemanski is survived by two sons, Stanley Lemanski, Minden City, and Leo Lemanski, Ubly; three daughters, Mrs Floyd O'Parka, Ubly, and Mrs, William Block and Mrs. August Abraham Jr., both of Minden City; 16 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and a brother, Joseph Lemanski, Ubly.

Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Mary's church by Rev. Ignatious Woloszyk. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The remains are in Zinger Funeral Home, Ubly, where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday. Published Port Huron Times Herald Saturday August 7, 1965
