John Wallace - called Wallace by his family - died in the second "wave" of the flu epidemic. Records show he had just enlisted to serve in the army. He and wife, Pauline, had two sons. I believe their names were Charles and John, and they resided in Kilgore, Texas as adults. Pauline remained in Wagoner, OK.

From the Lebanon Missouri Newspaper - 10/31/1918

Wallace Palmer, a son of the late Charles Palmer, died last Friday at his home in Wagoner, Oklahoma. His boyhood was spent in Lebanon. He is a nephew of Mrs. Lucretia Palmer; of this city.
