Randy Hyde
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, May 3, at Springfield Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home for Arlain "Randy" Hyde of Eugene, who died April 29 of age-related causes. She was 83. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. today, May 1, at Major Family Funeral Home in Springfield.
She was born March 16, 1926, in Vallejo, Calif., to Jack and Lillian Marsters Randall. She married Jack Hyde on June 14, 1946, in Pleasant Hill.
She attended high school in Vallejo, Calif. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Debra Held of Eugene; a son, Gary of Petersburg, Alaska; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Her husband died April 3, 2003, and a grandson, Jamie Gienger, died previously.
