Mrs. Martha Aswell Cobb, 54, died Tuesday afternoon at St. Francis Hospital.
She is survived by her husband:
Sam Q. Cobb of Monroe, Louisiana
One son:
Don Cobb of Monroe, Louisiana
Two daughters:
Mrs. Bonnie Cobb Walters of the Panama Canal Zone
Mrs. Ellis E. Bowen of West Monroe, Louisiana
Three sisters:
Mrs. B. A. Riser of Monroe, Louisiana
Mrs. H. W. Futrell of Ruston, Louisiana
Mrs. Annie Dowling of New Orleans
Three brothers:
B. F. Aswell of Houston, Texas
Ed Aswell of Ruston, Louisiana
J. V. Aswell of Zephyr Hills, Florida
Mrs. Cobb was a member of the Louise L. McGuire Order of the Eastern Star and she was also active in the Flora Group Flower Club until she became ill.
The funeral was held in Mulhearn Funeral Chapel Thursday at 3 pm Rev. H. L. Sampson of Parkview Baptist Church, officiated. Interment was in Memorial Park.
