Little Falls—Mrs. Ada M. Jones, 84, formerly of Newville, Frankfort, and Herkimer, died Thursday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles O. Green, Rochester.

Mrs. Jones was born Nov. 12, 1876, in Springfield, Ill., daughter of the Rev. M. W. and Isabelle Houston Tabor.

She was married to Howard B. Jones in 1896 in the town of Minden. Mr. Jones died several years ago.

The couple operated a farm in the Newville area until 1913. Later they moved to Frankfort and Herkimer. Mrs. Jones had resided with her daughter in Rochester for the past 24 years.

Mrs. Jones was a member of the Herkimer Universalist Church and was active in civic organizations. She was a member of the OES Chapter in Frankfort and Herkimer and also of the Fortnightly Club, Frankfort.

The funeral will be at 2 Monday from the Newitt-Bly Funeral Home, 77 North Ann St., with the Rev. Paul W. Sterling, pastor of St. Paul's Universalist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Houpt Cemetery, Newville, in the spring.
