William E, passed away peacefully in the morning hours of April 18. He was 81yrs. Loving husband to Eddie Baltz, proud father to Kirk and Bruce, adoring grandfather to Dutch and LouLou. He was a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a partner at the architectural firm Haines, Lundberg, and Waehler. As a member of Larchmont Yacht CLub and former president of The Tudor City Greens, his endless contributions will be long remembered. With open arms he gave to whomever was in need. As a husband, father, grandfather, and friend he will be missed and long remembered.
