ELNORA HARRISON OBERLANDER Entered into rest April 10, 2006 at Washington Hospital in Fremont, CA. Born November 9, 1916 in Ohio, she was 89 years old. She liked to camp, cook and enjoyed sports especially the 49ers. She also loved to travel, dance and spend holidays with her family, but most of all she was a Christian that loved the Lord. Elnora was a long time member of Harbor Lights Church and the Order of Eastern Stars Chapter 203. Beloved mother of Shirley Andress of Charlton, MA and step-mother of Alice Thompson of Hayward, CA; Melody Stevens of Oregon and Donald La Rue Oberlander of Washington. Loving grandmother of Robert and Edward Estep, great grandmother of seven and great-great grandmother of two. Her husbands, George Edward Harrison and Donald Leroy Oberlander preceded her in death. Family and friends are invited attend a funeral service Friday, April 14, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. held at Berge-Pappas-Smith Chapel of the Angels, 40842 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA. Private burial will take place at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward.
