Jimmy was born in Baughman, KY. The family moved to Chicago, IL in 1960. In 1966 the family moved to Glendale, CA where they lived in a house at the corner of E. Acacia Ave and Hilda Ave until his father Archie's Steal Mill moved to Fullerton, CA in Orange County in 1979. Sometime in 1985 the family moved to Dearborn, MO after Jimmy's father Archie retired. Jimmy stayed in Orange County, CA for a couple years where he met his wife Debbie and together they had a son Curtis James Siler. In the later part of 1986 Jimmy moved by himself to join his family in Dearborn, MO.


Jimmy was the victim of a single shotgun wound for which his father Archie took responsibility for and was subsequently sent to prison. Jimmy's mother Julia was adamant that her husband Jimmy's father is not the one who fired the fatal shot.


Beloved brother of Terry Lee Siler, Margaret, Archie Jr and Vicki Lynn Siler Sipe. Son of Julia and Archie A Siler. Survived by wife Debra Siler and son Curtis James Siler.
