Florence died at her home in Beaumont. She was the daughter of Arthur A. and Florence (Cowart) Knight. She graduated from Beaumont High School in 1938. She married Pete Ault, then married Sam Fenner. She was preceded in death by both husbands, her parents, and her children, Brenda Brougher, Becky Gargus, and Doug Ault. Survivors include her sons, Daniel Ault and David Ault, her brother, Raymond Knight, her stepchildren, Tommy Fenner, Bobby Fenner, Don Fenner, and Sheryl Van Cleve, five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Services were held at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. Interment was in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
