NORTH BROOKFIELD Rose Marie (Morrison) Buzzell, 73, of North Brookfield died Monday, January 19, 2004 at the home of her sister in New Braintree. Her husband of 45 years, Wendell R. Buzzell died in 1994. She leaves two sons, Robert W. of North Brookfield and Michael E. of New Braintree. Three daughters, Wanda E. Rodio and Susan D. Ford both of North Brookfield and June M. Moran of Warren. One brother, Ralph Morrison of Barre. Two sisters, Shirley Croney of Mississippi and Theresa Uracius of New Braintree with whom she lived. Ten grandchildren and one great grandson. She also leaves her father, Edmund F. Morrison of North Brookfield and two step sisters, Muriel Stubbert of Worcester and Joan Olson of Florida. She was born in North Brookfield daughter of Edmund F. and Evelyn (Geoffrion) Morrison and had lived here all her life. She worked at Klevin Shoe Co. here for several years, the North Brookfield High School cafeteria and was the bakery manager at Brookfield Orchards in North Brookfield for many years. Mrs. Buzzell was a member of the First Congregational Church. She was a sports enthusiast enjoying watching her grandchildren compete and the Boston Celtics. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Congregational Church, 144 Main St., North Brookfield. Calling hours will be held at Pillsbury Funeral Home, 44 Gilbert St., North Brookfield on Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Burial will be in the spring in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Donations can be made to the North Brookfield High School Athletic Dept., 10 New School Drive or to the First Congregational Church Steeple Fund, 144 Main St., North Brookfield, MA 01535.
