The native of San Francisco lived in Livermore for 20 years before moving to Oakley 13 years ago.
Hobbies: Fishing, sewing and gardening.
Survivors: Husband, Robert; daughter, Stacy Tanner of Sacramento; son, Mark Arnold of Livermore; and four grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Callaghan Mortuary, with burial at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella.
