Born Sept. 26, 1899, Sequoyah District Indian Territory to Edward Nation & Sarah Williams Nation in Gore, Ok. she died Monday, August 12,1985 at her home.
She was a member of the House of Prayer Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include eight daughters, Millie Anderson, Mary Smith, Elma Hornback, Gladys Walls, and Aline James, all of Gore, Daisy Patton of Van Buren, Ark., Vera Jackson of Fresno, California; four sons, Allen Wofford of Oklahoma City, Jennings Garrison of Van Buren, Ark., the Rev. Laymon Garrison of Vian and the Rev. Garner Garrisdon of Gore; one brother, Andrew Nation, of Sapulpa,Ok.; 30 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great grandchildren.
Eddie first married Cleave Woffard in 1914 their ages were Eddie-fifteen and Cleave-twenty-one. After his death in 1923, she married Lon Flemmons Garrison February 4,1925, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
