Funeral services for were held for Wilbur Wilson Garrison of Fresno California at the house of Prayer church, north of Gore, Thursday April 9, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Harold Collins officiating.

Burial was in the White Chapel Cemetery by Agent Funeral Home.

Mr. Garrison was born in Gore, Ok Oct. 4, 1912, and was killed in a car accident at Fort Bryon Ill. at the age of 57. He was a member of the Gore Methodist Church. He was a pipe fitter and a barber when he lived in Gore.

Survivors include his wife, Oneida of the home, two sons, Bobby Garrison,of Tulsa and Donald Ray Garrison of Vian; three brothers, Garner Garrison of Gore,Ok, Laymon Garrison of Vian,Ok. and Jennings Garrison of Van Buren, Ark: four sisters, Mrs. Millie Eredia, Mrs. Mary Smith, and Mrs. Elma Hornback all of Gore, Mrs. Daisy Patton of Van Buren, Ark; his step-mother, Mrs. Lon Garrison of Gore, a step-brother Allen Woffard of Oklahoma City, four step-sisters, Gladys Walls and Aline James of Gore, and Vera Jackson of Fresna, Ca. and Mrs. Elsie Cianciarulo of Berkley, Ca. and three grandchildren.

Wilson's mother, Ollie, died at an early age. Jack & Addie Garrison, his aunt and uncle of Gore, had a lot to do with helping raise him and his siblings - Jennings, Solomon, & Daisy.
