He was married first to Ida Belle Collins and had a son Harry Lee Seagraves Jr., they divorced and he married his second wife Ola Tippett on May 17, 1915 in Kirksville, Adair County, Missouri. They had a son Sterling T. Seagraves.
Harry was a chef. Died as a result of heart disease.
