Allen is the last child of Lucian Nathaniel and Bettie Chapman Jackman. On 10 Sep 1905, less than a month after Allen's birth, Bettie died. Baby Allen lived for almost 11 months before his death, leaving behind his father, and eight siblings. COD: tuberculosis, son and mother.
