Morris Ahrens, 66, died Jan. 21, 1998, at Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend. He was born Nov. 20, 1926, at Ellinwood, the son of Samuel G. and Margaret Christians Ahrens. A lifetime Ellinwood resident, he was a farmer, stockman and rural mail carrier.
