WHEELER - Weldon Odell Weatherly, 76, died Thursday morning at his home eight miles east of here after suffering an apparent heart attack. Services will be at 3 p.m. today in First Baptist Church.

Officiating will be the Rev. David Campbell, pastor. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

Mr. Weatherly, born in Cleburne, moved to Wheeler County in 1933. He had been a farmer.

He was a member of the Baptist church.

Survivors include the widow, Grace; one daughter, Mrs. Peggy Ford at Wheeler; one son, Bob of Wellington; four brothers, Cliff, Roy and Haskell, all of Wheeler, and Jodie of Amarillo; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Collier of Dallas and Mrs. Beatrice Mullin of Turkey, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
