Goldsboro - Myrna Bell Summerlin, 77, of 1418 Boyette Drive, Goldsboro died Thursday at her home.
Myrna was born on January 07, 1932 in Sonora, Washington Co. Arkansas to the late Charley Adam Collier and Martha Ellen Woodward, and lived in Goldsboro for over 40 years. Myrna was preceded in death by her husband Walter Gregory Summerlin in 2003, a sister Charlotte Chase of Colorado and a granddaughter, Jennifer Marie Saulmon.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Norris officiating. Entombment will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00 until 6:00 pm at Seymour Funeral Home and at other times at the residence.
