Mrs. Providence Leyva, Oct. 6, 1918, at residence, 5219 Strong St., beloved wife of Stephen, beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Pecoraro, sister of Mrs. Henry Daluga, Dr. August Pecoraro, Joseph, Mary, and Josephine. Funeral Wednesday at 9 a.m. High mass will be celebrated at the Addolorata Church, Grand Ave. and Peoria St., then by autos to Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Gravesite Details

No burial record was found in office, but the death certificate and obit both state that she was buried in Mount Carmel. She might be in an unmarked grave since she died of flu during the Great Flu Epidemic of 1918.
