Abigail Craft (q.v. Crafts), third dau. of Lieut. Griffin and Alice Craft, b. 28th of the 1st Mo. (Mar.) 1634 at Roxbury, Mass. She d. Jan. 19, 1706/7 at Medfield, Mass., Æ 73.

On Jan. 24, 1650/1 at Roxbury, Mass., Abigail m. 1) Sgt. John Ruggles, s. of Thomas Ruggles and Mary Curtis, bapt. Jan. 6, 1624/5 at Nazeing in Essex, England. He d. Sept. 15, 1658 at Roxbury, Æ 34. Abigail and John Ruggles had five children at Roxbury: John (d.y.); John, Jr.; Rev. Thomas; Mary; and Samuel.

On Nov. 15, 1659 at Dedham, Mass., Abigail m. as his 2nd wife, Sgt. Ralph Day, who d. Nov. 28, 1677 at Dedham. They had one child, dau. Abigail, b. Apr. 22, 1661 at Dedham.

On Dec. 7, 1678 at Dedham, Mass., Abigail m. as the 2nd of his three wives, Ens. Edward Adams, s. of Henry Adams & Edith Squire, bapt. Apr. 19, 1629 at Kingweston in Somersetshire, England. There were no children of this marriage. Edward Adams d. Nov. 12, 1716 at Medfield, Mass., Æ 88.
