INJURIES FATAL TO BOISE MAN
Chester Hiner, 24, died in a Boise hospital Monday morning from injuries suffered Saturday when a log rolled over him while he was collecting wood with a friend in the hills near Boise.
Hiner, who suffered a fractured pelvis and internal injuries, grew steadily worse Sunday night after showing apparent improvement Saturday night and early Sunday.
He was born at Meridian and lived his entire life in Boise Valley.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs Violet May Hiner; two children, Stanley Earl and Lloyd; eight brothers, Ray, Guy, George, Roy, Robert, Glenn, and Fred Hiner; all of Boise; and Clarence Hiner, Medford, Ore; and a sister, Mrs Russell Barker of Boise.
Arrangements for services will be announced later.
