Producer Samuel Goldwyn saw her on stage and offered her a supporting role in the film "Cynara" starring Kay Francis. She married vaudeville performer Albert Nordlund in 1932. She was buried under the name Caldwell.∼Phyllis Barry was an actress who starred in the films Cynara, Blind Adventure, and Forbidden Heaven.
