DAPHNE Funeral services for George W. Seay,a native of Loxley and a resident of Daphne who died Thursday at a Mobile hospital,will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bayview Funeral Home's Daphne-Spanish Fort chapel.
Burial will follow in Dyess Cemetery in Loxley under the direction of the funeral home.
Visitation is today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Seay was a retired defense contractor.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Seay of Daphne; three daughters, Elaine Burnett of Atlanta, Sue Martin of Richmond, Va., and Deborah Sullivan of Marietta, Ga.; his mother, Roxie Mitchell of Mobile; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. George W. Seay—A native of Loxley, AL and a resident of Daphne, AL died on Thursday, July 15, 1993 at a Mobile hospital. He was a veteran of World War II, retired from 32 years Civil Service with the Defense Contract Administration. He was an active member of the "Gulf Pines" Golf Club and member of the Spanish Fort Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sue Seay of Daphne; three daughters, Elaine Burnett of Atlanta, GA; Sue Martin of Richmond, VA; Deborah Sullivan of Marietta, GA; his mother, Mrs. Roxie Mitchell of Mobile; five grandchildren, Kim Patterson, Kelley Horstick, Lisa Nall, Marshall Nall and Paul Carpenter, and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held from the Daphne-Spanish Fort Chapel of Bayview Funeral Home on Saturday, July 17, 1993 at 2 PM. Interment will follow in the Dyess Cemetery in Loxley, AL. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, Eastern Shore Unit, P.O. Box 555, Fairhope, AL 36533, Funeral arrangements by Bayview Funeral Home, Hwy. 98, Daphne, AL.
