Seay, who lived in the Mobile area for more than 50 years, was a retired hairdresser. When she lived here, she was a member of the Spanish Fort Church of Christ.
Survivors include three daughters, Elaine Burnett of Mableton, Ga., Sue Ann Martin of New Bern, N.C., and Deborah Sullivan of Marietta; seven siblings; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A burial service at Dyess Cemetery will be held at a later date. Wages Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Ga., is in charge of arrangements.
