She was known as "Milli" and was born July 25, 1922, in Neshoba County to J.C. and Emma Mae Smith Crocker. She graduted from Calhoun School in 1931. She worked in the banking and finance industry most of her career and was office manager for Swartzfager Ford Co. for many years prior to retirement.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 25 years, James H. Lee; husband of 17 years, John H. "Red" Davis; and her parents.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ernest Ray and Brenda Ellzey of Houston, Texas; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Robby and Princess Lee Graham of Laurel, Price and Elsie Miller of Pearl River, La., and Nancy Crawford Ghrist of Carnesville, Ga.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Walter and Ruth Blackwell and Ottis and Louise Jones, all of Laurel; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
