GLENN MYERS
Glenn Myers, 59, of 461 N. Academy St. died Wednesday at 8:37 p. m. at Cottage Hospital. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a. m. at Hinchliff and Pearson Funeral Chapel, where friends may call Friday evening. Burial will be in South Cemetery at Blandinsville. Mr. Myers was born June 2, 1904, at Blandinsville. He farmed in the Raritan and Swan Creek vicinities and later operated grocery stores at Youngstown and Yates City.
He retired in 1960 due to illness. Mr. Myers was a member of the Methodist Church at Raritan and Yates City Lodge 448, AF AM. He is survived by a brother, Keith Myers of Macomb, and a sister, Mrs. John Byland of Galesburg.
