Obituary:
Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church for Donald James Macauley, 41, who died Dec. 23, in Los Angeles. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Thomas V. Murphy will officiate at the mass. Rosary will be recited tonight at 8 p.m. in the Chapel of the Dudley Mortuary.
Mr. Macauley was a veteran of World War II, a member of the U.S. Coast Guard. He resided at 613 W. Hermosa. He was the husband of Mrs. Geraldine Macauley and the father of James Douglas, Catherine Louise, and Joseph Alan. He was the son of Mrs. Margaret Macauley of South River, N.J. Two sisters also survive, Jan Nunamacher, South River, N.J. and Muriel Griffin, Verona, N.J.
Interment will be in the Santa Maria Cemetery.
