Andrew grew up in Shelby County with his Mom, Dad, two sisters and brother. He married Cynthia R Pearson while in the Police Academy 1994. He graduated Dec 1994 and became an Indiana State Trooper. His daughter Taylor R was born March 25, 1997. He was killed by a neglegent semi driver on Interstste 74 at the 144 mile marker. The area of road has been named as a memorial for him. There is a large wooden cross on the eastbound side.
