Harvey Cook Dies at Home
FLORENCE - Harvey Elvin Cook, 68, died Monday at his home on Highway 101 north of Florence. He had been an Oregon resident all his life.
Mr. Cook was born at Noti Aug. 11, 1885. Eight years ago he moved to the Florence area. He was a logger by trade.
Survivors are his wife, Neva; a daughter, Edna Urquhart, Swisshome; two sons, Harry E. Westlake, and Harold S., Florence; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Davidsons Riverside chapel with interment in the Masonic Cemetery. ~~~
