After a lingering illness of 16 months, Mrs. George Holladay died in a Waco Hospital. Services were held in the Church of Christ in Millerville. Born in Hico, Texas, she accepted the Gospel of the Church of Christ in 1904 and lived faithful to its teachings. She was a woman loved and respected by all. She was true to her duties as a daughter, mother, and wife. She married George Holladay on 9 April 1911 and to this union five children were born. Surviving are her husband; children- George, Jr, Dorothea, Pauline, Otis and Dan.
