He was a Revolutionary War veteran. He left all his worldly possessions to his wife Discretion and she was made sole executrix.Among his possessions was his plantation and tract of land in the forks of Pato Falls, called Society Hills,another tract Zebulon's Fancy and still another Walker's Paradise, all adjoining in Baltimore County, Maryland . The Walker family has a distinguised record and is of English Origin.
