Harmon, Frances Alford—A homemaker and resident if Baton Rouge, she died at 3:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 1996, at Flannery Oaks Guest House. She was 78 and a native of Kokomo, Miss. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. until religious services in the chapel at 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by three daughters and three sons-in-law, Jacqueline and Clyde Adams, Mobile, Ala.; Jill and Bud Garrison, Baton Rouge, and Sandra Dee and Richard Drost, Sulphur; a half-sister, Maxine, Arizona; a brother, Bill Alford, Tylertown, Miss.; nine grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, W.D. "Slim" Harmon; and parents, Edgar C. and Mary Blansett Alford. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Greater Baton Rouge Chapter....
