Mrs. John A. Anderson, 72, 1209 N. 40th St., died Tues. at Shawano Municipal Hospital where she had been a patient one day. Mrs. Anderson had been visiting in the Shawano area when apparently stricken with a heart attack Mon.
The former Nora E. Neese, she was born Mar. 24, 1902 in Sheboygan, daughter of the late Fred and Minnie Neese. She attended Jefferson School.
She married Clarence Henrickson, also of Sheboygan. He died in 1927.
On Aug. 19, 1927, she married Mr. Anderson, also of Sheboygan.
Mr. and Mrs. Anderson have been proprietors of Anderson Sewing Machine Sales at 831-A Michigan Ave. from 1951 until the present.
Survivors are her husband; two sons, Melvin Henrickson of Poulsbo WA, and Clarence Henrickson of Sheboygan; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Elaine Henrickson) Bertschy of Sheboygan, 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Erwin Neese of Town of Mosel, and two sisters, Mrs. Frank [Lauretta] Stauber, Town of Sheboygan, and Mrs. Viola Johnson of Sheboygan. She was preceded in death by a sister [Elsie], brother [Fred] and two grandchildren.
Funeral services are tentatively planned for Fri. afternoon at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels, Rev. Vernon Jaberg, pastor of St. John United Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.
