Robert H. Colvin, 78, rural Napoleon, Mo., died Feb. 16, 1993, at the Independence Regional Health Center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church of Bates City, Mo.; burial in Greenton Cemetery, near Odessa, Mo.
Mr. Colvin was born near Odessa, Mo., and lived in Richland, Wash., and Henderson, Nev., before returning to Lafayette County in 1948.
Mr. Colvin was a farmer before he retired. He worked at the Lake City Arsenal during World War II. He also worked with the auxiliary police in Henderson from 1945 to 1948. He was a member of the church and taught its adult Sunday school class for more than 30 years. He was a member of the American Bowling Congress.
Survivors include his wife, Eileen Colvin of the home; a son, Roger D. Colvin, Albuquerque, N.M.; a daughter, Bobbie Carol Perkins , Prairie Village; a sister, Lillian Price, Independence; and four grandchildren.
