ANNIE E. NICKELL (nee Bunnell) Hobart, Indiana Age 85, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2006. She was a lifetime Hobart resident, a longtime member of the Hobart First Church of the Nazarene, and a former member of the Women of the Moose Lodge No. 249. Annie loved gardening, playing games, reading and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Karen Sears of Hobart, Linda (Tom) Coates of Hobart; 3 brothers: Ed Bunnell of Lake Station, Darl (Lucy) Bunnell NM, Charles Bunnell of NM; 1 sister: Ellen Newell of Rochester, IN; 4 grandchildren: Pam (Clayton) Moore of Hebron, Scott (Rhondalynn) Sears of Valparaiso, Brian Coates of Hobart, Amanda (Kenny) Richmond of Westville; 6 great-grandchildren: Adam, Courtney, Ryan, Matthew, Nicholas and Joshua. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Rose Bunnell, her husband, Harlan, one daughter, Nancy, and one son, Michael, and numerous brothers and sisters.
Funeral services are Monday, February 27, 2006, 12:00 noon at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart with Rev. Gerald T. Walworth, officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday, February 26, 2006 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.
