ELDRED - Mrs. Nora Avery, wife of Erwin Avery, died at her home here yesterday after a long illness.

Mrs. Avery was born in Eldred, April twentieth, 1875, a daughter of Isaac M. and Joanna Brown Bradley. On December twelfth, 1900 she married Mr. Avery at Eldred, where she has lived all her life. She was a member of the Methodist Church here.

Those who survive, besides her husband, are two daughters, Mrs. George Dobbs of Port Jervis, and Mrs. James Wade of Eldred; a son, Arthur, of New York; two sisters, Mrs. Viola Hazen, Yulan, and Mrs. Byron Thomas. Also surviving are two brothers, Atwell Bradley of Yulan and I. N. Bradley of Pine Beach, N.J.; thirteen grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at her late residence at two p.m. Saturday by the Rev. Ian Bisset. Burial will be in Eldred Cemetery.
