She was born March 29, 1937, in Copeland, to Clemen and Lydia Nightengale Koehn.
A resident of Wichita County since 1958, moving from Copeland, Mrs. Koehn was a homemaker and taught kindergarten at Sunny Plains School in Pence from 1987 to 1998. She was a member of Scott Mennonite Church in Pence.
On Dec. 22, 1957, she married Granville Koehn at Salem Mennonite Church in Copeland. He survives. Other survivors include three sons, Karlan and Lonnie Koehn, both of Marienthal, and Bradley Koehn of Leoti; three sisters, Lois Koehn of Othello, Wash., Lovella Koehn of Ogallala, Neb., and Laura Koehn of Halstead; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, LaVonna.
Funeral was at Scott Mennonite Church in Pence. Burial was at Scott Mennonite Church Cemetery in Pence.
