Poseyville News dated August 19, 1955: Following an illness of two weeks, Frank H. Reynolds, well known Robb township farmer, died at 4:35 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Welborn Baptist hospital in Evansville. He was removed there a week prior when his condition became serious. His death was due to infectious hepatitis. The deceased was 55 years of age all of which had been spent in the Stewartsville community. His father, Patrick Reynolds, died in 1945. His mother, Mrs. Louisa Reynolds, who is 92, is critically ill and was not notified of her son's death, the first in a family of eleven children. An Odd Fellow for thirty three years, he took an active role in degree work and was known for the excellence of his part. He was a memeber of the Stewartsville Rebekah lodge and of the Poseyville Masonic lodge. His interests centered mainly in his family and his home. He is survived by his wife, nee Bessie Arnould; two daughters, Mrs. Carl Leary of Flint, Mich., and Beverly Ann, at home; two sons, Herman of Canogo Park, Calif., and James C., of Evansville; six brothers, Lawrence, Cecil, Eugene, Martin and Lester, all of Stewartsville, and Ralph of Evansville; four sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Heubner of Princeton, Mrs. Sarah Jones, Mrs. Mabel Robb and Mrs. Carolyn Wilson, all of Stewartsville, and nine grandchildren.
