Vernon H. Adams

Vernon H. Adams, 57, died Saturday at Grace Hospital after an apparent heart attack. Born May 30, 1910, at Little River, he was the son of James K. and Mary Lucinda (Deeds) Adams. Vernon married Ruth M. Voth, Dec. 18, 1937, at Little River. A service driver for Jackson Ice Cream Company, he had lived here since 1949.

He was a member of the Corner Stone Lodge 219 FAM and the Royal Order of the Moose 982.

Survivors include the widow; daughter, Mrs. Robert Armburst, 42 Random Road; son, Vernon H., 920 East Thirteenth; James P., with the U. S. Marines in Viet Nam; and Dennis R., of the home; brother, Everett K., Galesberg, Ill.; Robert S., Cleveland, Ohio; four grandchildren.

Arrangements will be announced by Williamson Funeral Home, Little River.
