Bill was a 1968 graduate of Bruce High School. He was employed with Moran Coal CO., have been an operator. He was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, Westernport. In addition to his father, William H Moran Sr., He leaves behind his wife, Lucille (Avers) Moran; three sons, William H Moran III of McCoole, Travis J Moran of Rawlings, Clinton E Moran and fiancee Nichole Green of Barton; one daughter Sara T Thomson and husband Robert of Westernport; two brothers, Richard Moran and wife Karen of Westernport, and Michael Moran of Rawlings; three sisters, Rebecca E Moran of New York, Christa Moran of Swanton, and Kathleen Broadwater and husband Greg of Rawlings. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Alex, Liam,Hannah Moran and Mckaily Thomson; and his extended family, Beverly and Robert Jackson of Thomasville, GA., and Carolyn and David Kennedy of Indiana. The family will reveive friends at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on saturday from 7 to 9p.m. and sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St.Peter's Catholic Church on Monday at 10 a.m. with Father James Hannon as celebrant.
Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Westernport.∼Married Lucille Avers 16 February 1974.
