Albert E Kiel, aged 32, died at 6:50 o'clock Sunday night at the home of his mother, Mrs William Kiel, 2618 John street, after an illness of three years of a complication of diseases. He was a World war veteran and a member of the American Legion. Surviving are his mother; his widow, Mrs Martha Kiel; one brother, Fred; fours sisters, Mrs Carl Gross, of Springfield, Ill; Mrs Herbert Rodemeyer, Mrs Fred Eggers and Miss Lulu Kiel of this city. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran church. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the home of his mother, and at 2:30 o'clock at the Zion Lutheran church, with the Rev HC Luehr officiating. Burial in Concordia.
