Funeral arrangements are incomplete, but burial will be under direction of the J. W. Klingner undertaking company. Surviving besides the husband, are two daughters, Mrs. Edward Keech, and Mrs. Art Humphrey, Springfield; two sons, Roco Mitchell, Springfield, and Dave Mitchell, Visalia, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. W. E. Kelley, Springfield, and Mrs. Lucy Mitchell, Ivanhoe, Calif.; four brothers, Henry and Tom East, Springfield, Dave East, Visalia, Calif., and Asa East, Webb City.

Contributor, Judy Young's personal note:
She did not have any monument. I took the photo for her grave marker, or where it should have been facing west. The close shows where she is buried and where a marker should be placed if she had one. Not uncommon for me, but as I was finishing, and turning off my camera I got a glimpse of a woman in a pink dress in my peripherial vision. The dress was a bit darker than the flowers in shade. My car was parked next to the road and her burial spot is close to the road, this woman walked around the front of my car, and vanished. When I looked up to see the person directly she was gone. My daughter in law was behind me with a rose colored hooded rain jacket. It was not her. There was not anyone near my car. To say the woman matched the photo cannot. But the woman was not dressed for rain, and it was raining. She was dressed for a sunny summer day. Her hair was dark in color. It may have been one of the others that walk the Hazelwood grounds. Just a good story to let all know, they walk amoung us when they want to.
