George W. Goodin, 85, Rt. 1, Woodbine, died Friday afternoon at the SEK Baptist Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ethel Goodin; six sons, Lonzo E. Goodin, Woodbine; A.T.Goodin and Coyt Goodin, Cincinnati; Malcolm Goodin, Montgomery, Ala; F.H. Goodin and H.B. Goodin, Louisville; four daughters, Mrs. R.E. Simmons, Memphis, Tenn.; Mrs. Audie O'nan, Mrs. Jack T. Scalf, and Mrs. Imogene Alsip, Cincinnati; 29 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Claude Harp. Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons.
Friends may call at the Hart Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Saturday.
